the location for Vysoke Tatry was stunning and magnificent. 2. Close enough to the train station, center of Stary Smokovec, rail station, and funicular. 3. There was an à la carte restaurant nearby. I hope this helps!

brand-new and well furnished rooms, delightful view on the mountains and valley. facilities - an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and a personal safe. absolutely perfect and nice location, very very nice area.

We had a recently refurbished and reasonably large room with a spacious bathroom. The location was great - so close to Stary Smokovec, almost whole High Tatras and the mountains and valley...

The breakfast had a great variety of food options, and the staff were exceptional and very accommodating.

Definitly not 4 star hotel, rooms and bathroom are to old and need reconstruction. Bar and restaurant too expensive when you consider a quality.

The breakfast here is awesome, with a wide variety of delicious choices. Their pool is good and it's convenient to have parking available right on site. the staff are really nice and helpful - always pleasant interactions! 😊

location: the hotel was just off restaurants and excursions and tatra mountains and rail station. the breakfast was rich and the parking was outside.

Friendly and courteous staff, very good dining facilities and their close proximity to the nearby town of Stary Smokovec.

The suite at Grand Hotel Bellevue was absolutely amazing! The room was spacious and the furniture was so luxurious. I loved having my morning coffee on the balcony, overlooking the beautiful Tatras. It felt like a dream! As a family with kids, we couldn't have asked for a better room.

Personally, I found the lack of free balconies in the rooms overlooking the Tatras a bit disappointing. But hey, that's just my opinion.

The shower is located cca. 1.2 m from bottom of the basin. Is not easy to use it.the basin itself is too high so to go in and out is dificult for people with hip joint problems.

A very, very nice hotel. Quiet, clean, splendid mountains views, relax/wellness center, restaurant offering a great Slovakian food which is extremely cheap by the way, and many other extras were available during our stay. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We are going to recommend this hotel to our friends and will definitely stay in this hotel next time.

swimming pool closing to early, which is absolutely not convenient for visitors

Overall it was a fab stay for 5 nights as part of a hiking trip. Staff were lovely. - the location was marvellous and stunning, by a maze of corridors, in the pretty nice area. - the hotel was relatively near Waterfall Skok. - There was a lovely bar and healthy food at the traditional restaurant. I had an amazing 5-night stay at Grand Hotel Bellevue in Vysoke Tatry during my hiking trip. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location of the hotel was truly breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful corridors in a lovely area. the hotel was conveniently located near Waterfall Skok, and I enjoyed relaxing at the cozy bar and indulging in the healthy food served at the traditional restaurant.

I got great value for my money at this hotel - the room was fantastic and the location was perfect. The staff treated me like royalty with their exceptional service.
